The "Proposed Plan"
- A new, Class-A Development that visually, aesthetically, and harmoniously complements our Snider Plaza and is appropriately sized - 187,500 sf plus a maximum 30,000 sf Library
- A permanent home for the Community Library
- Underground parking, including up to 200 additional spaces for Snider Plaza's benefit - the only viable solution to Snider Plaza's parking problems
- Upscale Town Homes buffering the residences on Haynie

The "Existing Zoning Plan"
- A Class-B or C Office Building, above-ground parking garage and a 10-plex Multi-family unit for a total of 258,750 square feet of which 137,400 sf is occupied.
- No permanent home for the Community Library
- No additional parking for Snider Plaza's benefit
- No additional community benefits
- A 400+ car, 4-story, above-ground parking garage on the existing Chase Bank parking lot which will direct and increase commercial traffic on Haynie
